Final Grade Assesment
This semester is almost coming to an end and I have no regrets of taking this course. This class gives one a good view of what goes behind all the events taking place in the school and around the community. Everything takes a lot of preparation and organization for it to happen and leaders throughout the school are the reason they continue to happen. I remember coming into this class and not knowing many of the people but with all our warm-up games I have gotten to know everyone. Although I don't speak up in front of the whole class, I have gotten out of my comfort zone and can have a conversation with many of them. We have had a few visitors coming in giving some more information about what goes around in the community. I think they were helpful because it gives us more opportunities to get involved. I have gained about 25 volunteer hours along the way of the course. The experiences I take from this class are amazing. The food bank and the Christmas bureau have got to be the most memorable. I was so shocked after leaving the food bank, seeing all these people that dont get the same food as I do on a regular bases was crazy. I noticed that a great amount of the city doesnt live the same life that we take for granted. Having food on our plate for every meal of the day is something we should all be happy about, we even tend to throw away some food when we dont want it. Seeing this huge line of people waiting for there turn to get some food was incredible. They were all so kind and they just wanted as much as they could get. It was hard to say no to them when they asked if they were able to get more but that wouldnt be fair for the rest of them. The Christmas bureau is a great organization. Christmas is one of the happiest times of life everyone. Everybody starts the countdown as soon as December has come. For these families that cant afford to have a Christmas like we do is sad. Children are so happy on Christmas morning when they unwrap all there gifts. Giving back and making someone else's Christmas gave me a great feeling. Knowing that you changed someones day makes not only them but ourselves feel good. When we went to the ladies house she just couldnt stop smiling and the amount of times she thanked us was crazy. The only words she could say was thank you, she was speechless. Throughout the year I have continued to get involved outside of school, with the City Of Surrey and I will continue to do so. Overall this course was a great way to get involved not only around the school but also the community. Since the last term interim i have not changed my habits. I continued to attend class, come with a positive attitude and have followed the "Class Rules." So I think I deserve the same. 94% and a work habits of G. I have learned that everybody is capable of being a leader, but you have to step up and take charge. I doesn't matter if your not the first person but a leader will follow to do good.

Mid-Term Report Card
So far I have enjoyed community leadership. The class games, visitors, and our volunteer work has given me a good experience. I have learned a lot along the way, I really enjoyed learning about where our clothes come from. The documentary of Bangladesh really surprised me, It was shocking to see how the people from their are being treated for our clothes here in Canada. Learning about the community and about ways we can start volunteering is affective since it gives us opportunities to help out ways that we enjoy not only going for the hours. I have also learned how much preparation the organizers go through weather it is the students or teacher a lot of work goes in to get students involved. My attendance has been great so far, I have come to class everyday except I missed 1 day which was the planting because I forgot to bring a change of clothes. I have come to class bringing a positive attitude and looking forward to the class, following our class expectations. Although I need to work on class contribution. I still need to work on giving my opinion and getting out of my comfort zone, I will try to change this for the next report. The volunteering we have done so far has given me great experiences. I have done the shoreline clean-up, Gr.8 retreat, lunch for new students, garbage pick-up, the terry fox run, parent teacher interviews, blackberry removal, the movember banner and the surrey food bank. All together so far I have 18 hours. Overall I enjoy the school events and the surrey food bank the most. I enjoy helping with the school events and for our community as well. Outside of this class I have done special events with the City Of Surrey for example Canada Day and the Fusion Festival. I have also signed up for volunteering at the Surrey Food Bank had hope to start soon. I also like the idea of the Soup Kitchen and the senior homes. I think we should make a trip to the soup kitchen or continue our idea with the sandwiches. I look forward to getting more experience out from this class and I think so far I deserve 94%.

Made In Bangladesh
Watching this documentary on where are clothes come from left me shocked. This documentary showed how the clothes from some companies comes from bangladesh for example Joe Fresh from superstore or George from walmart. The labour in Bangladesh is terifying, to see the buildings and the how the workers are being treated is horrible. Seeing how the Rana Plaza collapsed and left hundred dead and many injured is kind of scary knowing that they were making the clothes that end up here in Canadian stores and the fact that we arent aware about this needs to be changed and this issue should be dealt with. We should support the factories and make them strong, having emergency exists and having proper work equipment for example masks. Seeing how the workers are being treated is sad, they should hit and force the workers and lock them in with no escape. I think this isnt very realistic because they people themselves know they need to work in order to provide for their families. They shouldnt have to be forced to stay, because that should be their choice. I think overall Canadians should help with the factories because they are technically working for us.

Community Leadership Interim
As Sullivan Heights leaders we value:
-Respecting others, ourselves, and the opinions of others
I think I deserve a G because, I respect the myself and the opinion of others. Listening to what they have to say and not thinking negative about them.
-Individuality and being able to express ourselves freely
I think I deserve a G. Everyone is their own person and they have the ability to give their thoughts.
-Creating and maintaining a safe and a positive environment
I think I deserve a G because because I bring a positive attitude to the class.
-Keeping a tenacious nature about our passion
I think I deserve a S because I always have a positive attitude towards the class assignments but I lack at putting my opinion out there.
-Providing others with similar opportunities as ours.
I think I deserve a G because I am fair towards others. I give others the chance to do the same as what I do.

Pe10 Summative Assessment
This semester my attendance has been great just as first term. I haven't "skipped" on pe class throughout the whole year. I have missed a day but that was because I was gone on vacation through the spring break. I never forgot to bring my pe strip and running shoes with me. I am always ready to participate in games and fitness as well. The change in my fitness has improvement from having 5.5 on the first beep test to 8.1 on my last beep test. This has improved with the motivation from my friends because they help me to go further than I would, For example doing better each time. And also because I have started to go on daily runs in the evening with Gagan. I contribute to our class by brining positive attitude and motivation for others. I think to be physically educated means to participate in physical education regularly and to be physically fit overall. I think overall I deserve 88%

Report Cards
So far throughout this semester I have been trying my best in most of the activities we do. I have come to class with the proper pe clothing and shoes every class. I only missed 2 classes which was because I was on vacation. For fitness I always try to put all my effort in, there are some days where I get lazy but my friends are there to motivate me. I think having my friends around is one key that is making me try my best. Other days when I am doing my best and my friends aren't I motivate them as well. Having your friends in pe class also helps you to try your best because knowing them for a while gets you out of your comfort zone. I think have done my best so far through this semester.
Fitness- Rotation
Yesterday for fitness we got into groups of 3 and did a rotation using dumbells, cardio exercises and other exercises. We did the rotation of each exercise for one minute. This fitness activity wasnt my favourite because I didnt like the types of exercises we did.I started off not doing my best but I put my effort into each one as we went on.
