Fitness- Beep Test
My goal for this beep test was to get 5 but I was able to push myself and I run until 5.5. I thought this was good because I wasn’t planning on going that far on the first day since it had been a while since I had done the beep test. Getting up to 5.5 was really tiring; I didn’t go out because my friends went out but because I knew I couldn’t do more that day. Having pe everyday is going to help this improve.
Fitness:
• Beep Test: 5.5
• Push Ups: 2
• Sit & Reach: Level 2
• Balance: 9 taps
• Plank: 1 min
• T-Test: 13.38
